Stage 1: Our Response Process

Within 3 working days: We’ll acknowledge your complaint with a unique reference number and explain our next steps.

Our Investigation: We’ll thoroughly review all relevant information – your records, appointments, and communications – objectively against our standards.

Our Response Times:

  • Simple complaints: 5-10 working days
  • Complex/clinical complaints: Up to 40 working days
  • Data protection issues: 30 calendar days
  • Service quality complaints: 10-15 working days
  • Billing complaints: 10 working days

We’ll keep you updated if we need more time and may follow up after 10 days to confirm your satisfaction.
