About Us
Dr. Iulia Danciut
Dr. Iulia Danciut is a Neurology doctor and the founder of Beautiful LifeStyle — a health-focused practice dedicated to helping people achieve long-term wellness through lifestyle medicine.
She completed her medical degree at the Iuliu Hațieganu University of Medicine and Pharmacy in Cluj-Napoca, Romania, in 2015.
With a strong interest in the mind-body connection, she moved to the UK, where she worked as a Clinical Research Fellow and earned a PhD in fatigue and neuro-inflammation in 2021 — deepening her understanding of how the brain and body influence each other.
In 2022, she became a certified Lifestyle Medicine Physician, earning a diploma from both the International Board of Lifestyle Medicine (IBLM) and the British Society of Lifestyle Medicine (BSLM).
This background shaped her holistic, evidence-based approach to care — one that aims to understand the whole person. Drawing on her experience, she created the BrainRefine Protocol™: a framework designed to enhance cognitive longevity, restore brain-body balance, and help people sustain energy, focus, and resilience across life.

Important Information for UK Clients:
